How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app → Profile tab → Preferences → "Delete Account & Data" → confirm. This removes all your data from our servers (saved routes, preferences, chat history, identity records). If you signed in with Apple, your Apple credentials are also revoked.

The magic-link email isn't arriving — what should I check?

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Once you've opened a route at least once with internet, the route detail and stage data are cached on your device. You can browse and walk routes without signal. Maps and weather require an active connection to refresh.

Is my data shared with anyone?

No. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing across other apps. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.

What does Appy AI use?

Appy AI runs entirely on your device using a locally installed model. Your conversations never leave your phone. We use Resend for transactional emails and Supabase for account storage; nothing else.

I have a safety concern about a route

Routes are compiled from public sources and not verified on the ground by us. Always check current trail conditions with local authorities before walking. If you spot dangerous information in the app, write to support@appypilgrim.it and we'll review it.

Can I use AppyPilgrim outside Italy?

Yes. The app covers 100+ walking routes across Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Croatia, Slovenia, and Turkey, with more being added.
