From Bosa the line follows dirt track along the coastal cliffs, with the Montiferru massif rising inland to the east, to the Cascata a mare di Cabu Nieddu, a waterfall that drops from the rock straight into the sea. At about 31 km with no services on most of the way, this is the longest stage of the via.
